Unlike electric valves or solenoid valves, they are manually operated and small in size, and can be used to connect irrigation pipes such as PE pipes.

Drip irrigation valve can be connected to the pipeline in a straight or bypass manner. Its two interfaces can be directly inserted into the pipeline. There are also male and female thread styles. In addition, it also has a lock style. Its valve body is usually black, and the handle color is available in red, blue, and green. Of course, its color is not fixed, we can customize the color according to customer requirements.
The parameters of drip irrigation valve are usually reflected in the diameter. Generally speaking, its commonly used diameter sizes are Dn1/2″, Dn3/4″, Dn14, Dn15, Dn16, Dn17, Dn20, Dn22, Dn25, Dn32, etc. Its diverse sizes can be adapted to pipes of various sizes.
The installation process of the drip irrigation valve is very simple. First, you need to trim the end of the pipe with scissors, then insert the end of the valve into it, and tighten it if the valve end is threaded. The other end of the valve is connected to other pipes in the same way.
If it is a bypass valve, you need to use a punching tool to make a small hole in the main pipe, insert or tighten the valve, and the other end of the valve is used to connect the branch pipe.
After the drip irrigation mini valve is installed and connected, you can test whether there is a water leakage problem. If there is no problem, the installation work is successfully completed.
