Dripline is a cylindrical hose, which is mainly used in the field of irrigation. It is soft and tough, and can be bent and folded, which makes it very flexible to lay in the irrigation area, bypass obstacles in uneven terrain, and finally deliver water resources directly and accurately to the soil where crops and plants are located, effectively avoiding evaporation and waste of water. Its inner wall has a cylindrical emitter, and there are small holes on the surface of the tube. The water flow in the pipe can drip out at a rate of 1-4L/H through the emitter and the small holes.
In terms of material, dripline usually uses polyethylene (PE) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) materials. Among them, the tubing of LDPE material is relatively soft and can be used as a branch pipe to deliver water resources to plants. The tubing of PVC and HDPE materials is relatively hard and can be used as a main pipe to transfer water resources to the irrigation area.

Dripline is usually available in black, brown, and white. In terms of size, the dripline also has many options. Its size is mainly reflected in the diameter and emitter spacing. The available diameters are 16mm, 20mm. The available emitter spacing is 20cm, 30cm, 40cm, 50cm, and 100cm. Of course, the specific size needs to be selected in combination with the planning of the actual irrigation area, and sometimes customized sizes may be required.

Before laying the dripline, you need to plan the entire irrigation area. First, lay the main pipeline, which can guide water to the irrigation area. Then use a punch tool to punch holes in the main pipeline, and use drip irrigation valves and drip irrigation fittings to connect the main pipeline and the dripline. The dripline can be laid directly next to the crops or plants, and the position of the emitter is calculated to ensure that the water in the dripline and emitter can be directly dripped into the soil where the crops are located.
After the entire irrigation pipeline system and dripline are laid, turn on the water source to check whether the dripline is blocked and whether it can discharge water normally. If the dripline can work normally, then the laying work is successfully completed!
