Irrigation dripper (irrigation emitter) is a common product used in drip irrigation. It is very small and can effectively deliver water and fertilizers needed for the growth of crops or plants. It can be installed in the irrigation pipe, suspended above the plants, and the water will drip steadily and evenly into the soil. It can also be installed directly above the soil for more precise dripping. This process can prevent the evaporation and waste of water, maximize the use of water resources, and improve the efficiency of irrigation.
It is usually made of PP plastic, and UV-resistant additives are added during the manufacturing process. Because the dripper is usually used outdoors and in direct sunlight, its UV-resistant function can effectively slow down its aging process and increase its service life. In addition, it has good corrosion resistance and high and low temperature resistance. These make it better adaptable to various outdoor environments.
They have different shapes, a wide range of water flow rates, and many types. They include single-hole drippers, multi-hole drippers, fixed flow drippers, adjustable flow drippers, and pressure compensating drippers. Among drippers, pressure compensating drippers are very popular. Its biggest feature is the stability of water output. In the irrigation process, water pressure is often unstable. For example, in rugged terrain or sloping terrain, irrigation pipes are sometimes arranged at different heights. If drippers are installed on such pipes, the water pressure in pipes at different positions will be unbalanced, and the water output will also be unstable. The pressure compensating dripper solves this problem very well. Through this dripper, the water output at each position in the irrigation pipe system can be very stable.
Adjustable dripper is also a widely used dripper. Its biggest feature is that it can adjust the water flow rate. This allows it to drip water to different types of plants. Generally speaking, for some small plants, such as flowers, you can use a small flow dripper. For large plants, such as fruit trees, you can use a large flow dripper.
The size of the dripper is mainly reflected in its flow rate. For example, the conventional flow rates are 2L/H, 4L/H, and 8L/H, and of course there are drippers with larger flow rates. When choosing, we must choose drippers with different flow rates according to the actual irrigation needs to avoid unnecessary waste.
The drippers produced by our factory are all packed into transparent plastic bags. One plastic bag may contain dozens or hundreds of drippers (it can also be packed according to customer requirements). Then these sealed plastic bags are packed into cartons. The cartons we use are high-quality, pressure-resistant, and wear-resistant cartons, which can well protect the products from external damage during long-distance shipping.
