The venturi fertilizer injector can automatically suck fertilizer into the pipe by using the pressure difference generated by the water flow, so that the mixture of fertilizer and water flows along the pipe to the crops. The structure of this device is not complicated. It is mainly composed of the main pipe, fertilizer suction hose, filter, regulating valve, and other components. The main pipe is installed in the irrigation pipe, and the fertilizer suction hose can be directly placed in the fertilizer tank. The filter on the hose can also effectively isolate impurities from entering the pipe. In addition, the venturi fertilizer injector also has a regulating valve, which can be used to accurately control the flow and concentration of the fertilizer liquid.
After it is installed, it can work normally. Its working principle is that when the water flows through the main pipe of the venturi fertilizer injector, due to its narrow body design, the water flow will be accelerated, and a pressure difference will be formed inside the pipe, thereby generating vacuum suction, and the fertilizer in the fertilizer bucket will be automatically sucked into the irrigation pipe along the fertilizer suction hose. This process is completely automatic. You just need to turn on the water flow in the irrigation pipe!
