Irrigation screen filter is specially used in irrigation, water treatment, industry, and other fields. It can filter impurities in water, ensure the cleanliness of the water in irrigation pipes, and prevent drip irrigation pipes, sprinklers, drippers, and other irrigation equipment from being blocked.
Its structure is not complicated. It is mainly composed of PP shell, inlet and outlet tubings, stainless steel mesh screen, etc. It has good strength, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, UV resistance, and other characteristics. When water flows into the screen from its water inlet, if the impurities such as mud, particles, and inorganic matter in the water are larger than the pores of the screen, they will be intercepted and let this garbage stay in the screen. Then, the filtered clean water will flow out from the outlet and enter the irrigation pipe.
When the screen accumulates enough impurities, it needs to be disassembled and cleaned or the automatic cleaning program is started so that the filter can continue to work efficiently. Some screen filters also have pressure sensors. When there is too much garbage in the screen, it will prompt that it needs to be cleaned.
